1. General Principles & Qualifying Competitions
1.1. Sim Crafters operates skill-based prize competitions (“Competitions”) resulting in the allocation of prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
1.2. Competitions are non-licensable skill competitions under the UK Gambling Act 2005 and do not constitute an illegal lottery or gambling operation.
1.3. By participating in any Competition on win.simcrafters.co.uk, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. Competitions are open exclusively to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding:
- Employees, directors, or direct family members of Sim Crafters.
- Anyone professionally connected with the operational management or draw execution of the Competition.2.2. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and UK residency at any time prior to awarding any prize.
3. Competition Entry & Skill Barrier Rule
3.1. Mandatory Skill Barrier: To enter any Competition online, entrants must correctly answer a skill or knowledge question posed at checkout.
3.2. Incorrect Answers: Only entries with the correct answer to the skill question will be entered into the final prize draw. Entrants who answer incorrectly will still be charged for their ticket submission but will not be allocated a draw number or entered into the prize pool.
3.3. Ticket Caps: Each Competition will state a fixed maximum cap on total available tickets (e.g., strictly 2,200 tickets for Draw #1). Once sold out, no further entries will be accepted.
3.4. Per-Customer Limit: Entrants are restricted to a maximum of 20 ticket entries per individual per draw to ensure fair distribution.
4. Free Postal Entry Route (UK Regulatory Requirement)
4.1. In compliance with UK statutory requirements, entrants may enter any Competition for free by post.
4.2. Postcard Requirements: To submit a valid Free Postal Entry, entrants must send a hand-written postcard or enclosed letter via 1st or 2nd class post containing the following details:
- Full Name
- Permanent UK Postal Address
- Contact Telephone Number & Email Address
- Title of the specific draw (e.g., “Draw #1: £15,000 Titan Motion Sim Rig”)
- The correct answer to the mandatory Skill Question for that specific draw 4.3. Postal Address for Submissions:

4.4. Conditions of Postal Entry:
- Each postal entry must be sent on an individual postcard/letter. Bulk postal entries in a single envelope will be treated as one single entry.
- Postal entries must be received before the published closing date of the Competition.
- Entrants must create a free user account at
win.simcrafters.co.ukprior to posting so that their allocated ticket number can be assigned to their digital account upon receipt. - Valid postal entries are treated with exact equality to paid entries and carry equal odds of winning.
5. Guaranteed Draw Dates & Random Winner Selection
5.1. No Extensions: Every draw operates under a Guaranteed Draw Date policy. Closing dates will not be extended regardless of whether 100% of tickets have been sold.
5.2. Live Draw Process: Winner selection takes place live on social media (Instagram / Facebook) on the guaranteed date using a transparent, verifiable random number generator (such as Random.org or Google Random Generator).
5.3. Ticket Logs: The complete list of valid ticket numbers (paid and postal) will be published on win.simcrafters.co.uk prior to the live draw.
6. Prizes & Delivery
6.1. The prize for Draw #1 is the Turn-Key £15,000 Titan Motion Simulator Rig as specified on the product page.
6.2. Delivery / Collection:
- Free UK Mainland delivery and professional on-site setup by Lewis from Sim Crafters, OR
- VIP collection from the Sim Crafters workshop in Wimborne, Dorset.6.3. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered unless explicitly stated in the specific draw details.
7. Winner Notification & Verification
7.1. The winner will be contacted via telephone and email within 7 days of the live draw using the details registered on their account.
7.2. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize among remaining valid entries.
7.3. Winners agree to allow Sim Crafters to publish their first name, partial location (e.g., “Lewis S. from Dorset”), and winner delivery photos/videos for social proof and marketing transparency.
8. Limitation of Liability & Data Protection
8.1. Sim Crafters is not liable for technical glitches, server downtime, or lost postal mail outside of its reasonable control.
8.2. All personal data collected during entry is processed strictly in accordance with the UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018 and will never be sold to third parties.
